So far in this journey to make healthy, permanent changes, I notice that I lack consistency. One day I will go over my calorie goal and the next day I will go below my goal to "make up for it". This is probably not a good plan for the long term! I am having difficulty sticking to a routine day by day. I know what the issue is; I'm still letting my emotions rule my behavior at times. That is a difficult place to be. Old habits die hard, as they say.
To combat this habitual emotional intake of calories, I first admit the problem! Next I need to remember to PRAY when I'm having that decision making moment. (You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart-Jeremiah 29:13). Additionally, I'm getting to the point where joining a gym is on the horizon. I will have to schedule this activity at least 3 times per week. I'm 25% of the way to my #lose100 goal, and I know in order to keep my momentum going, working out has to become a regular part of my life.
I look forward to incorporating essential oils into the workouts! I have read some great things about oils helping with energy and post workout muscle treatment.
I'm asking for a gym membership for Christmas <3
